GENERAL QUESTIONS
Can I use my e-cigarette anywhere?
No. Vaping is permitted in many places where smoking is prohibited, but there are still restrictions. Always check the policy of your location before vaping. Many businesses, public transport, and enclosed public places have bans on vaping.
Can anyone buy vaping products?
No. It is illegal to sell vaping products to anyone under the age of 18. We employ strict age verification processes on our website to ensure we comply with this law.
Is vaping better than smoking?
Public Health England has stated that vaping is 95% less harmful than smoking. However, if you don't smoke, we don't recommend starting to vape.
Does vaping help people quit smoking?
Many people find vaping helpful when trying to quit smoking. E-cigarettes can deliver nicotine with fewer of the harmful chemicals produced by burning tobacco. However, individual experiences may vary.

What happens after I place an order?
After placing an order with 24H Vapes, you'll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 1-3 working days from dispatch. Next day delivery orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday will be delivered the next working day (excluding bank holidays).
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order status by logging into your account.
I've received a faulty item. What should I do?
If you've received a faulty item, please contact us at info@24hvapes.com within 7 days of receipt. Please include your order number, a description of the fault, and photos if possible.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@24hvapes.com. We can usually accommodate changes if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £30. Orders below this amount will incur a £3.95 delivery charge.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, 24H Vapes delivers to most countries worldwide. International delivery times and rates vary by destination. Please note that some countries may have restrictions on importing vaping products.
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer standard delivery (1-3 working days) and next day delivery options. Next day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday.
PRODUCTS
What is e-liquid made of?
E-liquid (or vape juice) typically contains propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG), flavorings, and may contain nicotine. All our e-liquids are tested and comply with UK regulations.
What is the difference between PG and VG?
PG (Propylene Glycol) provides throat hit and carries flavor better. VG (Vegetable Glycerin) is thicker, produces more vapor, and provides a smoother experience. Most e-liquids contain a mixture of both.
What nicotine strength should I choose?
This depends on your smoking habits:
- Heavy smokers (20+ cigarettes/day): 18mg or higher
- Medium smokers (10-20 cigarettes/day): 10-18mg
- Light smokers (less than 10 cigarettes/day): 3-6mg
- Non-smokers: 0mg (nicotine-free)
How long does a coil last?
Coil lifespan varies depending on usage frequency and e-liquid type. On average, coils last 1-2 weeks. Signs that your coil needs replacing include burnt taste, reduced vapor production, and leaking.
Which device should I choose as a beginner?
For beginners, we recommend easy-to-use pod systems or starter kits that don't require much maintenance. Our customer service team can help you find the perfect device based on your preferences.
TROUBLESHOOTING
My device is leaking. What should I do?
Leaking can be caused by a loose tank connection, overfilling, or damaged components. Check that all parts are properly connected, the tank isn't overfilled, and that seals are intact. Clean any e-liquid in the connections.
Why does my e-liquid taste burnt?
A burnt taste usually means your coil needs changing. Other causes include vaping at too high a wattage, chain vaping without allowing the wick to re-saturate, or not priming your coil properly before first use.
My battery isn't charging. What should I do?
First, try a different charging cable or adapter. Check the charging port for dust or debris. If it still won't charge, the battery may have reached the end of its life and need replacing.
My device isn't producing vapor. How can I fix it?
Check that your device is turned on and fully charged. Ensure your tank has e-liquid, the coil is installed correctly, and all connections are secure. Clean any e-liquid from the connections if necessary.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of e-liquids or products where the seal has been broken. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, please contact us at info@24hvapes.com with your order number and details of the items you wish to return. We'll provide you with return instructions.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your returned items, we'll process your refund within 3-5 working days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and bank, but typically takes 3-7 working days.
AGE VERIFICATION
Why do I need to verify my age?
UK law prohibits the sale of vaping products to anyone under 18 years of age. As a responsible retailer, 24H Vapes verifies the age of all customers before fulfilling orders.
How does age verification work?
We use an automated age verification system that checks your details against public records. This process is usually instant. If the automatic check is unsuccessful, we may request additional documentation to verify your age.
What happens if I fail age verification?
If you fail the automatic age verification, we'll contact you to request additional proof of age. If we cannot verify your age, we will not be able to fulfill your order and will process a refund.
