24H Vapes Return Policy
OVERVIEW
At 24H Vapes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Return Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return most unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all labels intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned once opened or used:
- E-liquids
- Disposable vapes
- Coils
- Mouthpieces
- Any product where the seal has been broken
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@24hvapes.com within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and the reason for your return
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions
- Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Include your RAN and original receipt in the package
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Please note: If you've used a promotion or discount code on your original purchase, the refunded amount will reflect the actual amount paid after discounts.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@24hvapes.com and we will guide you through the process.
If you want to exchange your item for a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@24hvapes.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping costs.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within 7 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS
Only regularly priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded unless they are found to be defective.
CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at info@24hvapes.com. If the order has not yet been processed, we will issue a full refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our standard return policy.
